The Principles and policies of the Management of GRGSACT are laid by Governing Council chaired by Shri G.Rangaswamy, the Managing Trustee of the GRG Trust (see the list of members here). The Secretary of the GRG Trust, Smt R.Nandini takes full responsibility for all programmes, plans and activities. The Director of GRGSACT is responsible for management and administration of the institute.

An Advisory Body (see the list of members here) of expert persons from various fields, chaired by the Secretary of the GRG Trust, is responsible for advising the Governing Council and the Director.

A Board of Studies (see the list of members here), chaired by the Director, is responsible for all academic policies and processes of GRGSACT.
